Weekday (Monday - Thursday) - Up to 30 Guests Includes:

The use of the facility ( I.W. Phillips House/Dr. Phillips House ) for 4 hours
(+ 2 hours for set up and an hour for breakdown)

Each guests over 30 is $40 per person

Vendors are paid directly. The Courtyard at Lake Lucerne does not collect money for these vendors. These vendors are optional and are not required. Ceremony Chairs are rented from the caterer for $3 per chair. For more information, contact angie@thecourtyardatlakelucerne

Payment Policies

An initial deposit of $2000 plus tax is due with your signed contract, an additional $2000.00 plus tax is due 60 days prior to your event date. Final payment and a GTD count are due 10 days prior to your event date. Final payment must be made with either a credit card or cashier’s check. All monies are non-refundable.
